How do I check my application status?
Call the admissions office at 0725 223 320 with your application reference number. Status updates are also sent via SMS at each stage of the process.
Can I visit the school before applying?
Yes attend our monthly Open Days (last Saturday) or book a weekday appointment by calling the admissions office 48 hours in advance.
What if I miss the application deadline?
Late applications are considered only if spaces remain after the primary intake. Contact the admissions office immediately to discuss your situation.
How do I request a fee installment plan?
Installment plans are available for boarding students only. Submit a written request to the Bursar with proof of income. Approval is subject to case review.
Can I transfer from another school?
Transfer students are accepted in Form 2 and 3 only, subject to vacancy availability and academic record review. Contact admissions for transfer procedures.
Where do I submit documents?
Submit all physical documents to the admissions office during office hours. Digital copies may be emailed to olderkesisecondary@gmail.com as backup only.
